I stayed for a couple of nights to explore the local attractions, and while the restaurant provided good food, the overall condition of the corridors and room left much to be desired. The carpets were in dire need of cleaning and the bathroom had mold in places. the location was convenient for visiting attractions like Grimbergen Abbey and Hanssenspark, and free parking was a plus.

The location near Vilvoorde train station was super convenient for my travels. I appreciated Myrna from the kitchen, as she made my breakfast experience enjoyable with her kindness and attention. The breakfast selection was decent, although a bit basic. there were significant issues with the hotel. My room had a few maintenance issues—the sink was clogged, and I noticed some mold in the bathroom ceiling. The door lock also had problems, which made me feel uneasy. Noise from other guests was quite disturbing, especially when doors slammed shut. The lobby staff were helpful, having moved me to a quieter room after I reported the barking dog beneath mine. Though I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities left much to be desired, especially given the worn-out carpets and outdated furnishings.
